The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite, kind, and spoke fluent English. The hotel itself was warm and cozy, perfect for a winter stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient, being close to the city center, bus station, and Heydar Aliyev Center.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the bus station. It only took me about 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea and 10 minutes to the Heydar Aliyev Center. The staff, especially Shahriar and Ali at the reception, were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I loved the fact that they had ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, as I was able to stay connected during my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the fact that there was a dining table and patio area in the room. the amenities and the service provided were top-notch.
I would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location near a bus station made it easy for me to access different areas of the city. The staff, especially Shahriar and Ali, were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. Finally, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices and was always fresh.

What made me happy was the staff's attitude! They were always kind and helpful. The hotel was warm and cozy which helped me get relaxed during the cold weather. Plus, they provided a delicious breakfast that was different every day.
The location wasn't that good, but you can take a bus to get to the city center in 15-20 minutes. However, the hotel is close to a sports stadium which might be noisy, especially during some nights.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, including boiled and scrambled eggs, as well as sausages. the staff were also very friendly and attentive, and always willing to help with any small issues we had. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the city center and a variety of nearby attractions.
The noise level, especially at night due to nearby sports facilities. some of the bathroom fittings were faulty and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the attached bathroom.
